Chapter 812

chapter812

Thalassa shook her head. “He won’t.”

After spending some time with Lysander, she understood his possessive nature. Otherwise, he would

not have lost his temper just because she had the slightest contact with Leopold.

Just earlier today, she and Ethan had visited Leopold at the hospital. When Lysander found out, he

warned her not to see Leopold again.

He even vented his frustration on her while they were still in the car.

All of Lysander’s actions showed that he was still intrigued by her novelty. He was still very interested in

her.

That was exactly why his possessiveness was so intense.

If he lost his interest in her body one day, he would immediately kick her aside out of spite for being

Bruce’s daughter.

However, if he found out she was not Bruce’s daughter, he would keep her by his side forever, treating

her as his possession.

After all, she had given him her everything and four children. He would not let her go even if he married

someone else because she was his woman.

Thalassa trusted her judgment. She was confident that Lysander was such a person.

Thalassa continued to eat her meal, hiding her heartache behind her lowered eyelashes.

Evelyn listened to her firm tone and saw her unwillingness to talk further, so she sighed and stopped

asking.

She knew all too well the helplessness and sorrow of yearning for something unattainable.

She had been through it all herself. Why would she force her daughter to do the same?

She could only blame fate for its unfairness, making her and her daughter suffer the same hardships.

Lysander was driving his black Rolls-Royce on the asphalt road.

He held the steering wheel with one hand while the other dialed David.

“Look into Evelyn and Bruce’s contacts during this period, especially the day Evelyn hit Bruce,”

Lysander ordered.

“Understood, Mr. Sinclair,” David replied immediately.

The living room was brightly lit when Lysander returned to the Royal Estates.

The moment he walked in, a soccer ball flew towards him, aiming straight for his face.

“Lysander!” Fitch cried out in shock, holding his breath, as he saw the soccer ball about to hit

Lysander’s face.

However, Lysander simply tilted his head slightly, letting the soccer ball brush past his cheek and land

on the floor, bouncing twice before coming to a halt.

Lysander looked inside the house with deep, intense eyes.

Dorian and Atticus were standing by the sofa, Atticus handsome little face showing surprise, while

Dorian was covering his wide-open mouth with his tiny hand, his large eyes filled with astonishment

and admiration as he looked at Lysander.

Elowen and Sophia sat on a plush carpet, holding building blocks in their tiny hands. Now, their

innocent and curious eyes were focused on Lysander.

Fitch was standing among the children, looking shaken.

“Dad, did you see how high I kicked the ball just now? It was so high.” Dorian was the first to recover.

He ran over to Lysander, looking up at him with a happy smile, telling him about his accomplishment.

He was the one who kicked the soccer ball that had nearly hit Lysander.

Plus, he kicked it so accurately that it went straight for Lysander’s handsome face.

Lysander patted his little head. “Yes, you kicked it very high. But remember to play ball outside next

time.”
